Q: is your realtor getting a Masters in Finance from Harvard? Katie is creative. She found a 1031 exchange candidate to purchase our 20-acre parcel of raw land in a development just south of Big Sky. You need to see the spectacular video production she created for this land sale! Katie is a great strategist. We owned three coach home chalets in a development called Firelight Meadows in Big Sky and she game planned exactly how we would sell each of the three residences without listing them all at the same time. Residence #1 was listed and sold higher than any other residence in the history of the development. Residence #2 was listed as soon as we had a PA for #1 and it sold at 103% of #1, becoming the new highest sales price in the development's history. Residence #3 was then listed as soon as we had a PA for #2. Residence #3 sold for 107% of residence #1. All three residences sold within two weeks of being listed and all three residences hold the #1, 2 & 3 highest historic sales prices in the history of the development. Katie deserves a medal!
